Everything Is Made To Order

Every physical item in my shop is handmade and made to order for you in Hialeah, Florida — nothing sits pre-packaged on a shelf. Processing time is the time it takes to prepare your order before it ships, and it is separate from carrier transit time. Weekends and U.S. federal holidays are not counted as processing days.

• All made-to-order items (oils, candles, baths, jewelry, and other physical products): 3–5 business days to prepare before shipping.

Oracle & Tarot Decks

Oracle and Tarot decks are printed on demand and ship directly from my printing partner's facility. Please allow 2–3 weeks for delivery. Tracking will be updated as soon as it becomes available and will reflect your order.

Services & Digital Products (nothing is shipped)

• Spell Castings & Tarot Readings are services, not shipped products. They are completed and delivered digitally within 24–72 hours of purchase.
• Digital products are delivered by email — no shipping, no processing time.

Shipping Times (after processing)

Once your made-to-order item ships, estimated carrier transit times for U.S. orders are:

• USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 additional business days (estimated total: 5–10 business days).
• USPS Priority Mail: 2–3 additional business days (estimated total: 5–8 business days).

International orders ship via DHL or UPS; transit times vary by destination and customs processing.

All delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Transit can be affected by public holidays, weather, carrier delays, and customs (for international orders). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

If your order hasn't arrived

If you do not receive your item within 35 days of your shipping confirmation, please send a message through my website under "Message Me" for assistance.

Shipping tips

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, including apartment or unit numbers. Non-delivery or extra shipping fees caused by an incorrect address cannot be compensated by Mysticbluumoontarot.
• Leave a valid email and mobile number at checkout so the carrier can reach you.
• PO Box / BFPO addresses are not accepted for express shipping methods.
