Shipping policy

Shipping:

Oracle/Tarot decks will be processed and shipped within 1-2 weeks of purchase time. 

Conjure Oils & Spiritual Jewelry are processed and shipped between 3-5 business days. 

Spell castings are completed within 24-72 hours of purchase time. 

Most Items may take 1-2 weeks to be delivered to you. Some items may arrive earlier than the expected date, or later. If you do not receive your item within 35 days after shipping has been sent, please contact us at support@mysticbluumoon.com for further assistance.

• Note: the shipping time will be affected by public holidays, destination countries(especially shipping addresses outside the USA or Canada), bad weather, and international couriers.

2. Where is my order?
• Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. It will take roughly 5-10 days to receive after confirmed shipment to post any tracking information. Please be patient with us, as most packages are being imported on demand. Thank you.

3. Tips for shipping:
• 1) For delivering successfully, we suggest you leave your correct email box and mobile number during the checkout process.
• 2) Unsuccessful delivery caused by blank mobile column cannot be compensated.
• 3) PO Box or BFPO is not accepted if you choose express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, even include the apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fee due to personal reasons will not be taken by Mysticbluumoontarot. 
• 4) Your order can be tracked in detail only when it arrives in your country's facility. This may take 5-10 days after it arrives in your country, please allow 5-7 days more for the package to reach you.
