**Shipping Insurance**
First Class Shipping does not come with insurance by default and will not be insured. If you desire insurance and faster delivery, please upgrade your shipping to Priority shipping.
**Delivery Policy**
Package Theft is NOT covered with shipping insurance and will not be replaced at our expense. If an item has been marked as delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact your local USPS and file a report with them. I will be glad to offer any assistance when necessary. I may offer a discount for any future purchases as consolation when proven that effort has been made towards retrieving the package.
**Cancellation**
Cancellations can be made within 3 hours of purchase time. After 3 hours, the cancellation cannot be possible as most items are custom made and I process all orders after 3 hours. Please be sure of your purchase and financials before purchasing from my store. If you ordered something by accident, there is a 3 hour window to fix it.
**Refund Policy**
Given the nature of most of the products, there are no refunds or Exchanges. In the event that an item arrives broken or an error occurred on our end, a refund or exchange is possible.
**International Shipping**
International customers are responsible for customs fees and taxes. I will provide the value of the order before shipping fees so that you won't get charged twice or a higher amount. Please be certain of your information before ordering to avoid any extra charges.
SHIPPING TIMES:
For Oracle/Tarot Decks, processing and shipping time is 1-2 weeks. Delays have happened either via shipper or carrier that are out of my control. I do my best to communicate these delays and keep the customer up to date on their order status. I try my best to ship within 1 week.
For Spells, these take 24-72 hours to complete and I send proof with every spell with name and DOB in the picture.
For Readings, readings can take from 2 hours to 72 hours, but it all depends on the delivery speed that was chosen at check out. Readings are exclusive to my Etsy shop.
other items take 3-5 business days to process and ship out to you.
Please note: Mysticbluumoontarot is not responsible for package theft. It is completely out of our hands. Please be sure to be present or have a trusted person pick up the package if you will not be available for delivery to avoid theft. Thank you again!
Production/Processing Time
Please note that this is the process before shipping as shipping times vary by category of the product.
Tracking Information
Tracking Number is updated usually within 1-3 Business Days. If your tracking number doesn't get any updates please don't worry, the post office hasn't updated it, but should be on its way.
Where is my order?
Your shipping confirmation will be received only when your items are fulfilled. It will take roughly 1-3 days to receive after confirmed shipment to post any tracking information. Please be patient with me, as most packages are being made on demand. Thank you.
